Three is No Crowd At Otters Holt
When Joan Farley and Glynne Ward began to look for a home in the Lake District in which they could enjoy their retirement, they had very definite ideas on what they wanted - new build, as neither lady wished to get involved in DIY, it had to be North of their previous home in Kirkby Lonsdale and, perhaps, most importantly, it had to have a manageable sized garden and room for their dog, Charley.

Build Quality Award for Cumbrian Homes
Penrith-based Cumbrian Homes have won the Eden District Council Build Quality Award in the multiple housing category for their Otter’s Holt development in the village of Culgaith, just six miles east of Penrith.

Cumbrian Homes Sponsor Race 4 Life
Penrith-based developer, Cumbrian Homes, has joined forces with CFM Radio to sponsor Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life in Carlisle this summer.
Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life 2009 is the UK’s largest women-only fundraising series. Women of all ages and fitness levels are invited to do something amazing by signing up for the event and joining together to walk, jog or run 5k to raise money to help beat cancer.
