Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, our offices and sites are now CLOSED. As it is not possible or practical to continue normal business operations, staff have been furloughed until further notice.
Routine e-mails and phone calls will not be dealt with until we re-open. However, if you URGENTLY need attention (see below) we will endeavour to assist you remotely as soon as we can.
During this time we will only be able to respond to the following:
1 - Sales that are currently proceeding to either exchange or completion of contracts. Most enquires should still be directed via solicitors in the first instance but we can assist further if needed.
2 - Homeowners that are within their firt 2 years of occupation and have a defect related emergency - i.e. an issue covered by your NHBC/LABC policy that is causing a potential threat to life or property. However, we would only be able to advise whether the issue would be covered under your policy and the best course of action for you to take.
Please note, we do not provide an emergency call out service but there are some local contractors that may be able to assist depending on the issue.
